Legislation That Provide Favourable Employment Conditions

This is my question,

List three (3) pieces of legislation that provide favourable employment conditions for your role as an Early Childhood Educator.

I have looked through my learners guide and googled for eveeerrr and can't seem to find information. Can you please point me in the right direction?

I came up with these answers for the question:
List three (3) pieces of legislation that provide favourable employment conditions for your role as an Early Childhood Educator.

Answer:
Fair work Act 2009
Workplace Health and Safety Act 2011
Accident Compensation (work cover insurance) Act 1993

Not sure i am on the right track
