Observing Children With Challenging Behaviour

Hi everyone,
I am currently trying to answer Challenging Behaviour assignment? For this, i need to observe three children and identify one child from them who has challenging behaviour. My question is about the observations, where we try to write positive things about chidren. So how we identify challenging behaviour in a child through observations. Please suggest any documents which would be beneficial for guidance please.

You will have to use a behaviour management plan to document children's behaviour:
