CHCECE004 - Meal Times Opportunities For Learning

I'm a little stuck on a question, I'm hoping someone could point me in the right direction.. the question is -

Meal times are opportunities for learning. List for examples of how a mealtime can be educational in the promotion of healthy eating.

Maybe you could talk about the types of vegetables the children are eating, how are they healthy - e.g. carrot makes your eyes strong etc. When sitting down and yuou eat with the children you're also being a role model...
