Activity:
Develop and present a plan(design your own template)supporting innovation and change at your workplace.You are expected to identify innovative change,establish innovative workplace practice and develop new ways promote innovative practices in the workplace.

It is also essential to provide learning opportunities for staff in line with organisational procedures and requirements to support innovative change in the workplace.

Please provide evidence of how you have led the innovation by example,establish ad promote innovative work practices.How have you creatied a workplce environment that supports innovation and what learning opportunities have you provide for your staff or team?
