Scenario: Child Spit Their Knee

i have a question
if a child fell from the climbing frame and split their knee what would be your response?
include all required documentation in your answer

help ? is a split knee just a cut or

I think a split knee refers to a deep cut in the knee...

In regards to documentation you will need to fill in an accident form and maybe a risk assessment of the climbing frame equipment since this is where the injury had happend...
