Could someone please help me with question

The legislative/regulatory requirements should be considered when gathering and sharing information about a child

This is what I have so far

When considering gathering and sharing information about a child you need to think about privacy and confidentiality of the information that has been provided to you... You also should consider the storage of records such as enrolment forms (which has private family information). Take a look in the National Regulations for more information...
