QUESTION:
1.1.5 List the legislation that forms the basis of the following documents that are used in our service centres
• Education and Care Services National Law
• Education and Care Services National Regulations
• National Quality Standard
• Approved learning framework (EYLF)
WHAT I HAVE SO FAR:
Education and care services national law act 2010
The UN declaration on the rights of the child 1959,
Racial Discrimination ACT 1975
