Job Interview Question On The EYLF

Hi guys ,, I have a job interview on Friday 29th of July, I am so nervous because the last time I went for an interview I flopped they asked this question "what does the EYLF mean to you?" In my head I knew what they ment but when I spoke nothing could come to mind. I need help I always had trouble with that question I struggled with the study when I was doing my certificate I am so good at the practical and I know what I'm doing its just when it come to the interview I just jabber on and say Um! ;( I start to get stressed and I look incompetent and like I have no idea can someone please give me some advice and help on what I should say I'm so scared I'm going to fail again ,, thanks!

I know it can get quite tricky sometimes trying to say the right thing! You're saying it right in your head and then it comes out of your mouth completely differently! LOL! Nerves get the best of us sometimes! Keep it simple and short and practice! You'll be alright once you get through a few interviews. If you need you can ask for a minute so you can get your thoughts all ready! Usually during an interview they understand that you are nervous as well so it's OK!
