Could you please clarify for me how '(e) Keeping your knowledge and skills up to date is one way of fulfilling your duty of care' is a false statement.
It's looks like a true statement to me as by keeping up to date with policies and procedures, legislation and regulations will help us in fulfilling our duty of care.
