CHCECE023 - Regulations and Regulatory Requirements When Collecting Client Info

Hi I'm not quite I standing this question, question is:
What legislation and regulatory requirements need to be complied with when collecting client information? Give two examples.
So far I have Australian privacy legislation. I'm unsure what they mean by regulatory requirements, is it in the privacy act? And I'm unsure what kind of example to provide, I don't quite understand.
