CHCECE020 - Family Cultures Impacting On A Service

i am having abit of trouble answering question 1.a part B on Assessment 1
the question is describe how differing famil cultures, backgrounds, beliefs and practices can impact on a service's practices.

For this question, you need to think about each family and how their differences can have changes in the centre. For example - a child may have food restrictions or cultural requirements such as being vegetarian and or eating halal only. Beliefs and practices of families can cause misunderstandings between educators, such as a baby can only be rocked to sleep or a toddler wanting everything to be done for them... So, any differences in opinion for caring for a child from a family can impact services in actually a positive way as these differences can build relationships as you work out a solution together to care for the child...
