HLTWHS003 - Rights and Responsibilities Of WHS For Employers/Employees

I need help for this question i didn't quiet understand it.. would be great to give some examples :)


QUESTION: List ONE (1) right and ONE (1) responsibility of EMPLOYERS AND EMPLOYEES in relation to WHS?

ANSWER: didnt quiet understand would be great if anyone could help me out.. :)

I think it would be similar, the only differences would the particular legislations/acts where you would refer to NSW...But the main duties etc. would probably be the same...
