Hi can someone please tell me if am on right track or not?

Suggest type of observations when they may be used?
1) Anecdotal observation
Ans) used during recording short incidents like when children are playing. In theor favourite area.

2) Narrative observation
Ans) used when filling an accident form

3) learning story
Ans) when children are drawing or making some crafts or doing activities which involves learning a goal

4) Photo observation
Ans) this can be used when childrens acheived something like when they finished making crafts or a painting or when they won in a game etc..

5) work sample
Ans)????

I couldnt understand what to write for question 5.

Am I on the right track?
If not can some please help me with this
