Updating Co-Ordination Unit Regarding Family Changes

Hi. I am currently to doing my assignment for family day care. I find it difficult to find correct information for few questions. I tried to google on it but do not find really anything relevant.
Please help with following. .thanks so much
1. Outline the processes necessary when uodating coordination unit regarding changes to family contact details and care arrangements?

2.a parent has informed educator that they have a new nominated person to pick up their child. Outline a process of updating coordination unit regarding changes to families details and care arrangements

3. What is the reason for providing accurate attendance records?
