Encouraging and Supporting Children In Their Efforts

Hi can some one help me with this question

How could encourage and support children in their efforts to learn?

I could't find information about that plz help me

What would you say? For example - " I can see you're concentrating very hard to complete the puzzle" (using positive encouragement).

Asking open ended questions about their work, showing an interest, providing more resources or materials to extend on their work etc.
