Conflict With A Policy/Process That Needs Improving

plz give some idea to answer this question

What should you do if, as a part of the review process, you found a conflict with a policy/process that was inadequate and needed to be improved?

First off you would find the right process from the National Regulations and Law to determine what needs to be changed, have a meeting with director and staff to discuss the changes that need to be made, develop strategies, implement them and evaluate to see if the new procedure is working...
