I'm struggling with the question below. I absolutely don't know what to do with this.

In regards to Aboriginal and /or Torres Strait Islander communities, think about your early childhood education and care service.
•State the people and land that the service is on (regional and state).
•Detail two historical issues in relation to the Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander communities identified above. For the two issues, detail the impact they have had on Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people.

OK, so for this you will need to find the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community that your service is on... This can be found just by googling... Once you found out which community that your service is on, you need to identify two historical issues that impacted them...
