Understanding Japanese Culture

I am troubled with where to find the correct answers for Japanese culture.
Research one culture and answer these questions:
F. Are you able to identify any issues that may cause conflicts? Eg. Child rearing practices, food requirements
G. What could you do if difficulties or misunderstanding occur?
H. Who could you ask to advise you? Who would the appropriate people in the service to assist you?

I have been trying to search for the answers with no luck so any assistance would be welcome Thankyou.
