Signs of trauma : • difficulty paying attention and concentrating,
• anger and irritability,
• withdrawal,
• repeated and intrusive thoughts,
• Become easily upset, crying and whining;
• Revert to younger behavior such as bed wetting and thumb sucking;
• Misbehavior;
• Have symptoms of illness, such as headaches, vomiting or fever.
Problems within the attachment relationship
Increased physical or medical problems
Problems with managing strong feelings or emotions
Cognitive problems, particularly language and attention difficulties

Trauma informed care meaning : At the core of traumatic stress is a breakdown in the capacity to regulate internal states like fear, anger, and sexual impulse
