Physical Care Routine

I'm currently writing an assignment and I need a physical care plan for an idividual child but im not sure where to start or what a physical care plan actually ia ive searched on google but it won't give me a straight answer, any advice at all would help.

I wonder if they are referring to an asthma plan or an allergy plan that details what happens if a child does have asthma or have anaphylactic shock... It could also be a plan for a child with additional needs that outlines their specific care plan while at the centre:

Physical Care Plan
