Facilitating Workplace Activities & Implementing Processes Effectively

Hello everyone,
I am in the process of completing my Diploma in childcare and need some help with the following questions. I am looking for material that can help me answer these questions.

Q7. When facilitating workplace activities what should you remember – in terms of conducting, feedback etc?
Q8A) Explain what is meant by “implementing processes effectively”

With "implementing process effectively" could this be referring to Workplace Health and Safety?
