I have answered some questions not sure if Im on the right track. Any replies appreciated.
Provide an example of when you have developed at least 1 plan for a team or group of individuals, including:
• effective procedures to maximise staff work performance
. Clearly defining job descriptions, responsibilities and expectations.
• strategies for collaboration and cooperative work practices
Providing clear orientation and induction processes for new carers and staff.
• strategies for work performance and outcomes
Regularly arranging team building exercises such as social events, team meetings and profession development opportunities.
Encouraging carers and staff to contribute to meetings.
Encourage carers and staff to work together on projects such as policy development and improvements to the environment.
• identification of barriers and constraints and development of strategies to address them

I think for this you need to come up with something that the team could implement within the centre for e.g. "sustainability".
Each team member can select what they want to implement within their own room and once they have implemented their sustainable approach work together with other educators to collaborate how they successfully did it for their own room.
