Nurturing Relationship cluster, Assessment 2, Case Study -Timothy

I need help with;

j) Describe the nappy change procedure

k) Describe what you would do and say to nurture your relationship with Timothy throughout this routine?

These two questions have got me twisted and I would really appreciate the help.
