Post by Natalie-Jo » Wed Apr 20, 2016 10:11 am

Please can i have some help!!
Im attempting Assessment tool 3, design a booklet, i have confused myself about information on how different areas of development are addressed.

Is it the different ways of telling families how the children are developing or the activities we offer helps children in their 5 areas of development
Thank You

I think this may refer to the developmental domains such as "social and emotional, cognitive, language, physical" and how children use each of these developmental domains. You can have a look at each developmental domain here:

Child Development

Hope this helps,

So if i write something like social and emotional development
Activities in this area target your childs ability to make and keep social relationships, both with adults and children. They will learn to recognise and express their own feelings more effectively
And so on for all 5 domains?

Yes, that's my understanding of the question.
