What are the legal requirements for record-keeping and reporting in your state?

Hi,

I have a problem with the question:

What are the legal requirements for record-keeping and reporting in your state?

I am in Victoria and I have used Children's services Act 1996 and Children's services Regulations 2010

My tutor said I need to use Act and Regulations. Have I used the correct documents or should I use the National Law Act and National Regulations?

Also I need to find the record-keeping and reporting for "escorting the child" "emergency care of the child" "death of a child" I can't find anything about this in any of those documents. Could someone please quide me how to answer that question. In my Learner Guide there are all the answers but based on Queensland Act and Regulations and I can't use it.
