Consequences Of Not Following Acts and REGS

HI all, im doing my second cluster that's legal in cert 3 early childhood and care and im stuck on question 4 i cant find it anywhere

What happens if you don’t follow the Acts and regulations?

is anyone able to help me :(

An authorised officer will come to the centre and do an assessment based on the NQF. If the centre is not following regs etc. they will be fined for non compliance.
