work effectively with aboriginal and torres strait islander people

Hi i have an assignment question that i am a bit stuck on!

Case study 3
Read the scenario, then answer the questions that follow.
Case study
Arinya, an Yolngu Aboriginal educator, understands English but prefers to speak in her first language of Yolngu Matha.
Arinya has been employed at your service as part of your direct team. She takes responsibility for all communication with all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people using the service.
Some educators in the service tell you they are having difficulty communicating with Arinya. They also feel that Arinya should teach the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander parents to speak English. They say that sometimes they would feel more comfortable if the families just did not come at all.

The question is:
What legislation and policies relevant to the issues you have discussed in questions 1to3

in questions 1 to 3 I have discussed communication issues affecting the relationships between arinya and the educators, strategies that I have put into place to support cross-cultural communication that would Ultralieve help to build and maintain effective relationships with arinya as well as strategies to put into place to support a culturally safe environment. as well as if I think that the attitudes of the educators is racism or discrimination.

I am just looking to be pointed in the right direction to where to find the legislations and policies that are relevant.
I think that i have thought to hard about it and am now having a mental block haha

thanks in advance! :)
