Hi,

I'm sorry about my delayed response! I'm currently travelling around QLD with my family and the internet has been a nightmare! Anyways, I had a look at your assignment and your responses and you have seemed to answer the questions quite well! You have put in good strategies on how you would support Katherine and Joel within the centre based on the scenario given.

In regards to your menu, it's a little confusing... Did you put 2 weeks in the one menu? Maybe you should highlight each weekly menu in a different colour so you can tell the difference between each week.

Here a fortnightly menu sample to give you some more ideas: Fortnightly Menu

Don't forget to include any dietary requirements needed...

Once again I'm so sorry for my late response...

:geek:,
Lorina
