my question is:
how could you record the information collected about self assessment against the standard and elements of NQF ?
My answer is through Quality Improvement Plan, which service evaluate its own current practice against the National Quality standard and after identifying its strengths and areas that needs to be improved then this documented in the Quality Improvement Plan.
can you please help me for this question im not sure my answer is right or no?
