Help please!
I've finished adapting the first weeks menu and writing up the 2nd wk menu. I'm having trouble with the 2 week menu planning checklist. I have added up all the servings except for the iron serving. How do I do this? Is anything that contains iron (beef, beans, cereal) considered a serving of iron?
