Implement strategies for the inclusion of all children

Hi there,

I was wondering if anybody could help me with the following question for the unit: Implementing strategies for the inclusion of all children

Collaboration is a tool to increase the success of inclusive practice.
Summarise the reasons why the following five elements promote success.

- Respect for family members' knowledge and experience with the child

- Clear and regular communication

- Time reserved for collaboration

- An investment in the inclusive program

- Collaborative efforts with the family and specialists to obtain appropriate assessments and the support services that can be provided in a program.

I have read all resources and power point slides, however can't seem to find anything that will assist me with this question. I was thinking of perhaps writing something on the lines of, for example,

Respect for family members' knowledge and experience with the child - This promotes success as it is important to respect parents and families of children, according to their customs, traditions, lifestyle etc. and that their child is included equally in the program to benefit their child and respect the rights of that child and their family.

Any help would greatly be appreciated! :)
