Nappy Changing Procedure

hi, please help
because I am pretty sure this is how i change my baby nappies....

4 Remove nappy and place into pedal bin
5 Remove paper towel and soiled wipes into pedal bin
2 Place child on change mat with bottom on paper towel
6 Clean bottom with one cloth per wipe, wipe from front to back then dry
3 Put on gloves
9 Wash hands and baby’s hands
1 Wash hands and collect all equipment required
10 Wash, rinse and dry change mat
7 Remove gloves and place in bin
8 Put on clean nappy and dress baby

I have never worked at the childcare center in oz and I know the procedure only from uk and we had to put the gloves on before we touched the child and we could take them off after we changed the nappy, dressed up the child and cleaned the mat with antibacterial spray. Also we had to use the antibacterial spray before we put the child on the changing mat.

In my opinion you have to swap number 2 with 3 and number 7 with 8.

Could this be it:
