Early Education Teacher and Team Leader

I am currently having difficulty finding a ECT in Winston Hills, NSW. Does anybody have any suggestions in finding people to apply. It is a great position in a great center and location. Not sure it is the time of year...

It may be an idea to advertise for students currently completing their ect. They can be counted as an ect if they are at least 30% of their way through. Hope this helps. My center is in the same boat atm
