Re: HLTWHS003A - Assess The Level Of WHS Understanding Of A New Educator
Rating Scales - Formal or quick and easy, ratings scales let supervisors and WHS representatives find out about educators ideas, attitudes, behaviours and suggestions regarding a range of WHS issues or a single issue.
Send written / online requests for feedback on WHS issues that affect them or the whole workplace. Questionnaires and surveys are a useful way to gather detailed, confidential information about a range of WHS issues.
Although email and SMS refer to technology rather than a consultation method, they are a quick and cheap way to give and receive WHS information, e.g. distributing surveys and questionnaires, gathering suggestions and giving information about changes affecting the workplace. This is especially useful for casual and part-time staff who need to know about current WHS issues but may not be able to attend face-to-face meetings.
