Observation Assignment - Adding More Details

I have done my observation but my teacher wants more details not sure how to add this in could you please help. The teachers comments are in yellow highlighted. Please help I am stuck as to how to write this and how to include my evidence.

My attachment didn't load I had to take my pictures out as my file is too large with them.
