3. Prepare plan for Role Play meeting
For this role play activity, the student being assessed will play the role of Supervisor and the assessor will play the part of Robyn.
To address Robyn’s unsatisfactory performance, you (the Supervisor) have decided to provide counselling and support to help Robyn to improve her performance. You believe that this will resolve the issues with Robyn’s performance and resolve the potential conflict between Robyn and the Room Leaders.
You want to start the process by holding a meeting with Robyn and you arrange a mutually suitable time and place. Before the meeting is to take place, you want to make sure that you are prepared. Create a plan to keep you on-track and ensure you say everything you wish to say during your discussion with Robyn. This should not be too detailed and would be best kept to point form.
