Linking The Quality Areas To The National Regulations

Post by Danielle12 » Thu Nov 05, 2015 7:07 pm

Question:
There are 7 Quality Areas. Give an overview of how they link to Education and Care Services National Law and Education and Care Services National Regulations.

My answer:
The 7 Quality Areas in the National Quality Standard are;
1. Educational program and practice
2. Children’s health and safety
3. Physical environment
4. Staffing arrangements
5. Relationships with children
6. Collaborative partnerships with families and communities
7. Leaderships and service management.

What is the link between these two?

Yes, you have added the 7 Quality Areas.

In the following document you can find how they link to the Regulations (check from page 52):

Hope this helps,
