How The Learning Framework Supports Learning

how will you explain to other how the learning framework support children's learning?
My answer is : The framework forms the foundation for ensuring that children in all early childhood education and care setting experience quality teaching and learning.
All young Australia become: 1- successful learner 2- confident and creative individuals.3- active and informed citizens.
I'm not sure about answer please help me for finding correct answer.
