Ratios For Outdoor Play In Pre Kindy Room

How are educator:child ratios applied when one educator is outside and two are inside but the majority of children are outdoors (1 educator:14 children) in prekindy room? Should another educator step outside?

Definitely another educator should step outside as you should not have the sole responsibility of supervising with 14 children especially during outdoor play which is more of a high risk area (so to speak)...
