Research the ECA CODE of ethics.
A) explain in your own words the purpose of the document
Answer:
The eca code of ethics serves as a guidelines for professionals expected behaviour and appropriate behaviour.The ECA code of erhics assist the professionals in decision making issues that affects the children, families,colleagues,community,society and carer.It outlinesthe values and beliefs and the practices which are fundamental to early childhood professionals.It also guides professional for examining ang promoting good behaviour.

2.Provide two(2) examples of an educators responsibility tp children.
1.Work to ensure that children are not discriminated against on the basis of gender, age, ability,economic status,family structures,lifestyle,ethnicity,religion,language, culture and national origin.
2.Act in the best interest of children.
