Scenario: Mia - Illness Record

Hello everyone pls look at the scenario and tell me if I filled up the Illness record based on the scenario.

Seems fine! :thumbup:

In the illness details you can also just add that Mia was running in the playground with her friends... and also in additional information since Mia has to be given medicine you could mention that Mia's father has filled out a separate medication form for this specific medicine(just to cover all the areas).
