I am confused with this question - Design an emergency call card suitable for display in your service. Information should include
1. physical location of service
2. emergency phone numbers
3. any additional information specific to your service

Is for the children at the child care or just emergency contact number like ambulance..

So, you can include something like:

- the centre address
- 000 for Police, Fire, Ambulance
- 13 11 26 Poison Information Hotline
- Director phone number
- Centre Owner phone number
- Area Manager phone number
