A child engaged in an art activity always brushes the glitter and pencil shavings to the floor despite being told not to by the educators on several ocassions.What should the educator do to teach the child a sense of responsibility for equipment and materials.Provide a detailed response.
My first thoughts on this were to perhas exclude the child for a short time for not listening to repeated requests from educators but then I though maybe as an educator we could make this child responsible for cleaning up the area not to make an example of the child but to perhaps give the child some responsibility which is what the question is asking.
