Reflect on and improve own professional practice

Hi, I'm stuck on a couple of questions for an assignment
1. List 3 ways the process of reflective practice is valuable for self-assessment and continuous improvement
2. What is the overarching legal framework that educators should be aware of when reflecting on and assessing their own professional practice? What is contained within this framework?

I would appreciate if someone would be able to help :)
