Written assessment Scenarios
your task describe for each scenario below the appropriate strategy that could be used to ensure effective intercultural communication. research where you could access the service of a cultural interpreter.
(min 500 words)
Scenario 1: Gia 4 years old has just returned home after living in china with her parents for 3 years, where she was cared for by a nanny who speaks a mixture of mandarin and English. Gia is very quiet and shy and has never had experience of group care. she has been at the center for three weeks but so far has communicated mostly by facial expressions and gestures

scenario 2
Elifa is new parent at your service, where you are caring for her infant daughter. Elifa has told you in broken English that she doesn't speak or understand much English but she is attending English classes. Elifa's first language is Arabic.

been sick all week and left my assessments till the last night :thumbdown:

so far im blank on this one!! can anyone help
