my answer is the first I learn children.s name and make positive relationships between me and children in care and getting to know daily routine and childcare setting i need to have more communication with them by play or reading story and familiar to their characters .

1) To make it easier, you can write an introduction letter to give to each family within the room, telling them about yourself. You could also make a sign to stick in the room/at the door introducing yourself. You can make name tags for each child as well as yourself. You can prepare group time which you can talk to the preschoolers about yourself and they can tell you about them. You could also get a copy of the room routine to familiarise yourself with it.
