Task Two: Questions relating to both Scenarios!
I am stuck on question
10: Assessing and reporting risk of harm will always be difficult and may impact on your health. Discuss how you might manage this impact on your health.
(You might consider thinking about what you might do if you were upset, finding it hard to follow organisational policies and procedures, remaining ethical with the family, abiding by the response and follow up from child protection services)
I'm really unsure on this question: Any help would be greatful.
This is what I wrote. Confused.
Answer: I would seek assistance and advice from my directer. The directer would be the only person I'd be able to speak to due to confidentiality. My director will be able to give me assistance in all the areas mentioned above.
