Have discussion with a qualified educator about what they have done in past to help children learn about how their bodies work, and also about the importance of physical activity to people health and well being.
Record responses below

This is depend on thenage of children. According to their age, by using some daily activities can expalin them how their body is working. The details of explanation is vary according to the age. For elder children we can explain those by using dummy of our bone structure, mussel movments of our body. But for youger children we can expalin by using simple activities. Such as let them to shake their hands, jump, talk and dance ( how the parts of our body is move according to the activities)

Educator had show pictutres or articles of healthy people , sports team and explain how they becoame more healthy and webling by doing sports and other physical activities.

Your response is fine! There isn't really a right or wrong response. It depends on what the educator tells you. You just need to address the following:
also about the importance of physical activity to people health and well being.
