What is your answer so far or what have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?

1. A children’s service can assist with implementing Article 19 of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child by having practices and procedures in place for reporting any suspected cases of abuse of children in their care.

2. The second thing a children’s service can do to uphold the UN Conventions on the Rights of the Child is the use of child-focussed practices.
