CHCECE016 - Safety Guidelines For Opening and Closing The Centre

Hi, if you can please help

I need to find out which recognised safety guidelines should a centre use if this particular breach occurs: Daily safety checks for opening and closing the service not completed and signed. The only thing I can think of is the guidelines from kidsafe Australia?
